The ultimate purpose of all organizations must be the well-being of the human being, and that dignity is the ultimate precept that must be preserved above any consideration. Only by putting people, and respect for their authentic traits, at the center of our business endeavors can we achieve real satisfaction and sustainable results.<\/span><\/p>\n

I obtained my JD degree from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Colombia and have postgraduate studies in Political Science at the London School of Economics and the University of Notre Dame, as well as in Human Resources, Behavior and Organization at Cornell University, University of Asia and the Pacific and ITESM. I was a university professor at the Faculty of Law of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana for 9 years and have been a speaker at local and international universities and specialist panels, including the World Bank, Inter-American Development Bank and the World Economic Forum.<\/span><\/p>\n

My experience spans nearly three decades of learning, leading Human Resources and Organization teams, in six different countries, in the aviation, financial services (mainstream and startup) and consumer goods industries as an executive and as an independent consultant.<\/span><\/p>\n

In 2014 I was recognized as one of the “Men Who Matter” by People Asia magazine and in 2019, 2020 and 2022 as one of the “Top CHROs in Mexico” by Mundo Ejecutivo magazine and as one of the “Top CHROs” in 2022 by part of Great Place to Work Mexico.<\/span><\/p>\n

I am the Director of Human Capital at Alpura, the leading dairy products company in M\u00e9xico. I founded <\/span>Jandan & Co<\/b>., a consulting company in human development, talent and leadership, and <\/span>HUMANOS red colaborativa<\/b>, a network that brings together 21 of the main Human Resources consultants in Latin America. I am a member of the Council of Ense\u00f1a por M\u00e9xico<\/strong>, of the Asociaci\u00f3n Mexicana de Recursos Humanos<\/strong> and a consultant in the development of programs for Tecmilenio University<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

In November 2021 I published \u201c<\/span>Ser\u00e9 breve<\/b>\u201d (Editorial Lid, 2021), a compendium of popular culture seen from humanism with application to the generations of today and the future.<\/span><\/p>\n

I lead and work on initiatives that provide study, dissemination and application of practical solutions on humanity, leadership, culture, transformation and awareness for people, organizations and society.<\/span><\/p>\n
